All orders are shipped at the end of each month (e.g: if you made a purchase on May 15th, your order will be shipped on May 30th)
We recommend early shopping during the holiday season. Our fulfillment center and shipping carriers have notified us that they will be experiencing high volume and we expect shipping and carrier delays.

We only accept returns for defective or damaged products. We do need the email address and order number in order to set up the return.
Once received at the warehouse, processing can take up to 3 days. Due to extra precautions our warehouse has been taking, returns can now take up to 6 days to process once received. Refunds can only be posted to the original form of payment. Once a refund is processed, it can take 3-10 business days to show up on your account
All lost packages will be refunded as well
